and btw, just an idea, don't u guys need a staff like police that deals Harassment, staffs that checks for rule breakers.

Foremost, about the police part.
This server has an average of what? 12 players?

6 GMs ought to be enough for that.
As I said, as the population grows, more GMs/Moderators/Police/Helpers are required.
