I was wondering if the cool down time on some of the Clown skills be lowered. Like Tarot Card and Frost Joker~ Or fix Kiel ?

You don't want people to use clowns, but people to use Champions?

What he's trying to say is reduce the delay on AV to make it match the champions.
Clowns DO not have melee skills, mostly pure range.
Tarot will help balance that, but Tarot also does severe damage.

So, let's get more debate over this.

if you lower tarot's delay remove shield destruction, coma, heady destruction and add either stats/dmg buffs or opponent debuffs/strips.

i can't really express my opinion yet, since i haven't been in game, so i'll rather keep myself out till i experience this server's game play.
