GM suggestions

can u make max stats 500
and hve a CAPACITY OF
PerpectDodge
Flee
And Hitrate
OR 500allstats like Otherpserver

they cap pd to 100pd only
and flee rate at 1200
and hit 1500

this is my suggestions
and BTW the matk chars is imblance of thier skill like SL AND WIZ 700int is very very much its MONSTER ON GAME pls make if fair

dude, 100 pd and 100++ pd is the same i guess. dude if they do 500 max stat. so all stat will be max, right? so whats thrill? u cant build ur own build.zzzzzzzz beside i dont see any problem about the rate here in destiny. well balance. just learn how to resist, not only HUNT HUNT HUNT. >.< hahah PEACE!
